Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre

Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre is conveniently located next to I-4 in the downtown Orlando Centroplex, between the TD Waterhouse Centre and the Orlando Marriott Downtown. The front lobby of the Carr Centre faces Livingston Street, directly across from the Marriott Hotel entrance.

Interstate 4 to downtown Orlando from Seminole County and Daytona Beach / West Volusia County

Take Interstate 4 toward downtown Orlando. Take the Exit 42 ramp off of I-4 for Colonial Drive (SR-50) and Ivanhoe Boulevard. Go past the Ivanhoe Boulevard ramp and keep right for the Colonial Drive (SR-50) ramp. Once you are on the ramp, stay left at first and then move to the center lane as you approach the intersection. Go straight through the intersection (you will now be on Hughey Avenue). Parking and passenger drop options:

Main surface parking lot.  $5.00 rate for Sunday 3:00 PM concerts and $8.00 for evening events. From Hughey Avenue, turn right on Livingston Street and go past the Carr Centre. The entrance to the main parking lot is at the far end of the lot (on your right). Note: You should not plan on using the Amway Arena surface parking lots, as they are now “pre-sold” for sporting events.

Centroplex parking garages.  $8.00 event parking rate. The parking garages are conveniently located directly behind the Carr Centre. From Hughey Avenue, turn right on Amelia Street, then left on Revere Avenue, which runs along the side of the TD Waterhouse Centre closest to I-4. The entrance to Garage I will be immediately on your left after you turn; or you can continue around the bend (the road becomes Alexander Place) and then turn left into Garage II. (Note: Do not turn right into the surface lot next to the Carr Centre. That lot is reserved for VIP and special needs parking.)

Marriott valet parking.  $15.00 to $20.00 valet parking fee. From Hughey Avenue, turn right on Livingston Street, then left into the Marriott entry drive at the second curb cut. Keep to the left side of the entry drive and pull your car as far forward as possible before stopping.

VIP ConcertPark permits.  From Hughey Avenue, turn right on Amelia Street, then left on Revere Avenue, which runs along the side of the TD Waterhouse Centre closest to I-4. Follow the road around the bend (the road becomes Alexander Place) and then turn right into the surface lot just past the back of the Carr Centre. Please be prepared to show your VIP permit to the parking lot entrance security people upon request.

Charter van, small bus and limousine passenger drop.  From Hughey Avenue, turn right on Livingston Street, then right into the turning circle immediately after the Carr Centre lobby. (Note: Full-size buses park and drop passengers at curbside on Livingston, directly in front of the Carr Centre.)

Full-size charter bus passenger drop.  From Hughey Avenue, turn right on Livingston Street, then drop passengers at curbside on Livingston, directly in front of the Carr Centre. Pull as far forward as possible to make room for other buses, but do not block the entrance to the turning circle.

Interstate 4 to downtown Orlando from Southwest Orlando Beachline / East-West Expressway / Florida Turnpike / Lakeland-Tampa

Take Interstate 4 toward downtown Orlando. Take the Exit 41 ramp off of I-4, which merges into Garland Avenue. Turn left on Amelia Street, which will take you under I-4 and into the Orlando Centroplex. Parking and passenger drop options:

Festival of Orchestras administrative office

This is where you can buy concert tickets in person on days other than the day of a performance. The office is generally open between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and is located at 1353 Palmetto Avenue in Winter Park, one block east of the six-way intersection of Highway 17-92, Orange Avenue, and Harmon Avenue in Winter Park.

From South Orlando via I-4 / Princeton Street / Orange Avenue

From I-4, take the Princeton Street exit (Exit 43) and go East (turn right). Turn left on Orange Avenue (the first traffic signal intersection east of I-4). Veer right onto Harmon Avenue at the six-way intersection of Highway 17-92, Orange Avenue, and Harmon Avenue. Harmon Avenue bends around to the left after a short distance and becomes Palmetto Avenue. The two-story 1353 office building will be on your left almost immediately after you round the bend. The entrance curb cut is just after you pass the building, and there is additional parking in the back.

Important:  Harmon Avenue is a one-way street between 17-92 and the bend into Palmetto Avenue, so you will need to turn left when you exit the Festival office parking lot. The first left on Palmetto Avenue will take you back to Orange Avenue. Or, you can stay on Palmetto Avenue until it ends, then go left at Denning Drive. This will take you to the six-way intersection of Denning Drive, Minnesota Avenue, and Orange Avenue. Turn left on Orange Avenue to return to Princeton Street.

From Downtown Orlando via Highway 17-92 (Mills Avenue)

From downtown Orlando, take Highway 17-92 north to the six-way intersection of Highway 17-92, Orange Avenue, and Harmon Avenue. Turn right on Harmon Avenue at the six-way intersection. Harmon Avenue bends around to the left after a short distance and becomes Palmetto Avenue. The two-story 1353 office building will be on your left almost immediately after you round the bend. The entrance curb cut is just after you pass the building, and there is additional parking in the back.

Important:  Harmon Avenue is a one-way street between 17-92 and the bend into Palmetto Avenue, so you will need to turn left when you exit the Festival office parking lot. The first left on Palmetto Avenue will take you back to Orange Avenue. Or, you can stay on Palmetto Avenue until it ends, then go left at Denning Drive. This will take you to the six-way intersection of Denning Drive, Minnesota Avenue, and Orange Avenue. Turn left on Orange Avenue to return to Highway 17-92.

From Seminole / Volusia County via I-4 / Fairbanks Avenue

From I-4, take the Fairbanks Avenue exit (Exit 45) and go East (turn left). Go approximately one mile to Highway 17-92 and turn right. Go about half a mile and turn left on Harmon Avenue, at the six-way intersection of Highway 17-92, Orange Avenue, and Harmon Avenue. Harmon Avenue bends around to the left after a few dozen yards and becomes Palmetto Avenue. The two-story 1353 office building will be on your left almost immediately after you round the bend. The entrance curb cut is just after you pass the building, and there is additional parking in the back.

From Maitland / Downtown Winter Park

Take Orange Avenue or Highway 17-92 south to the six-way intersection of Highway 17-92, Orange Avenue, and Harmon Avenue. Turn left on Harmon Avenue. Harmon Avenue bends around to the left after a few dozen yards and becomes Palmetto Avenue. The two-story 1353 office building will be on your left almost immediately after you round the bend. The entrance curb cut is just after you pass the building, and there is additional parking in the back.

Important:  Harmon Avenue is a one-way street between 17-92 and the bend into Palmetto Avenue, so you will need to turn left when you exit the Festival office parking lot. Follow Palmetto Avenue until it ends, then go left at Denning Drive. This will take you to the six-way intersection of Denning Drive, Minnesota Avenue, and Orange Avenue. If you came in from Highway 17-92, veering left onto Minnesota Avenue will take you back to Highway 17-92.
